Oppo Reno 8 Pro was announced in May and released to the market in June 2022. It weighs 188g and measures 161 x 74.2 x 7.6 mm. at 7.6mm thickness; it is one of the thinnest smartphones Oppo has ever produced. It runs on Android 12+ ColorOS 12.1 Operating System. The body frame of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro is made of aluminum, the back is glass, and the front is also made of glass. The Oppo Reno 8 Pro has a center-positioned punch hole cut out to accommodate the selfie camera. The edges on the device are flat but not curved, as is the case with most Oppo phones. An in-display fingerprint sensor is set at the front lower end of the display. The power button is placed on the right edge, while the volume buttons are on the left.
